Part of my painting process includes adding titanium white to parts of my paintings to either lift the brightness or calm them down. After working up many layers, sometimes the paintings feel too heavy or too chaotic for my liking. This video shows me working on a series of nine paintings that were created in a grid and then separated into stand alone pieces.
